A pink fairy-in-training whose spells, surprises and mistakes make learning feel magical. Abby arrived on Sesame Street from a fairy world and had to discover how everyday human activities work. She loves making friends, trying new things and practising magic, although her spells frequently turn out differently than expected. Her adventures make room for stories about blended families, adapting to new places and realizing that mistakes are part of growing up. Friendship with Elmo, Rosita and the other neighbours helps her understand that kindness can be as powerful as any wand. Abby later starred in imaginative animated segments where extraordinary fairy-school lessons became playful ways to solve problems.
